1. Who we are
The website ninalomia.com (the “Site”) is operated by Andrei Shumanskii, a self-employed person (OSVČ), company ID (IČO) 08358664, Před Skalkami I 224/4, 106 00 Praha–Záběhlice, Czech Republic (“we”). Nina Lomia is a virtual character created with the help of artificial intelligence. Contact for data questions: hello@ninalomia.com.
2. What data we collect
- your email address;
- the country you choose in the form;
- which material you requested (for example, “phrases for mothers” or “holiday gift guide”).
We do not ask for your name, phone number, address, or health information. Please do not send us such details.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- to deliver the material you requested and show a selection for your country;
- to send you emails from Nina if you agreed to receive them.
Legal bases (GDPR): delivering the requested material and the country selection rests on performing your request and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)); emails from Nina rest on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and on Section 7 of Czech Act No. 480/2004 Coll. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who we share data with
Your data is processed by the services we use: Make (processing of requests from the Site), Notion (storing email addresses), [mailing service], and the Site hosting GitHub Pages (GitHub, USA). We do not sell your data. When data is transferred outside the EU, we rely on standard contractual clauses or other safeguards provided by the GDPR.
5. How long we keep data
Mailing data: until you withdraw consent, or no longer than 2 years after your last interaction with our emails. Enquiries sent through forms: 12 months. If paid products appear, contract-related data is kept for 10 years under accounting and tax rules.
6. Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and portability, withdraw your consent, and object to processing. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz, or to the supervisory authority in your own country (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office). Write to us at hello@ninalomia.com. 7. Cookies and third-party resources
The Site does not use advertising cookies or analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers, so Google receives your IP address when you open a page. [If you add analytics or advertising pixels, update this section.]

Links in the Holiday Gift Guide may be affiliate links. When you click one, the store may set its own cookies and pay us a commission. We do not receive information about your purchase.
9. Children
